Steve’s career spans over 25 years in law enforcement. He founded and leads IP House’s strategic initiatives across private and public sectors. He engages with law enforcement agencies globally to combat illicit trade and achieve tangible results. Steve was previously Executive Director for Homeland Security Investigations and led the US Intellectual Property Rights Coordination Center.

Jan founded and leads IP House. Previously, Jan was the Executive Vice President and Chief of Global Content Protection for the Motion Picture Association (MPA) and headed the Alliance for Creativity and Entertainment (ACE), coordinating global enforcement efforts against operators of illegal websites. Before joining the MPA, Jan had a distinguished career in law enforcement, leading teams specialized in investigating and prosecuting organized and computer crimes.

Sean leads the ongoing evolution of our global service delivery and client engagement, ensuring our structure stays aligned with strategy and supports both clients and teams worldwide for long-term success. He brings over 20 years of experience across the tech, media, and legal sectors - including as Head of Global Content Protection at Sony Pictures and Corporate Officer for numerous entities, including Columbia Pictures, TriStar Pictures, Sony Pictures Television, and Crunchyroll. His deep client-side insight, paired with senior advisory roles and leadership in global operations, legal, compliance, and competition functions, brings a unique perspective to IP enforcement.

Elliott is a seasoned technology leader with over 15 years of experience in digital safety and intellectual property enforcement. In 2010 he founded a content protection company, Entura, growing it into a global force against online piracy before its acquisition in 2021. He later worked in content security at Sony Pictures, focusing on digital rights management, forensic watermarking, and artificial intelligence strategies. With deep expertise in internet infrastructure, large-scale data mining, and emerging IP threats, Elliott brings a proven track record of innovation and impact in safeguarding digital content across borders.

As Vice President of Product at IP House in the United States, Malia drives the product vision, strategy, and innovation to address evolving challenges in brand protection. With over 20 years’ experience, she has deepened her expertise through leadership roles at brand protection service companies, a law firm, and a global brand, delivering solutions that safeguard brand assets through integrated brand protection strategies.

Prior to joining IP House, Andrew accumulated 17 years of experience in UK law enforcement with his last position as Detective Inspector within the City of London Police's Intellectual Property Crime Unit (PIPCU). He successfully managed enforcement initiatives and cross-border collaborations. Andrew leads partnerships with EU law enforcement to enhance offline enforcement and facilitate problem identification, solution development, and implementation.

Neil manages a team of over 340 analysts, investigators, and forensic experts across Asia Pacific who provide comprehensive solutions tailored to our clients’ specific challenges, from manual, semi-automated and automated brand and content monitoring to disruption, investigation, and enforcement. He has over 20 years’ experience in the IP industry throughout the APAC region and first moved to Asia as a Royal Hong Kong Police officer.

With over 20 years of experience in anti-piracy, investigations, content protection, and intellectual property law, Valerio serves as Vice-President and Head of Latin America at IP House, driving the company’s operations, strategic direction, and business growth across the region while spearheading key global initiatives.

As Director of Global Field Investigations, Lynn leads our worldwide field investigations program to elevate investigative standards and evidence quality, and ensures that frontline intelligence directly supports high-impact enforcement for clients. She previously served 21 years with HM Government, where she served as Private Secretary to the Director of an operational branch following years spent as Senior Group Manager overseeing major investigations, overseas operations, and training for UK and international agencies.

Vernon is a director responsible for coordinating and delivering specialized audit services to a global, cross-industry client base. With over 30 years’ experience in fraud prevention, security, and auditing across 50+ countries, he began his career in the military, was a founding director of an IP company, and currently serves as a lead auditor for the GSMA Security Accreditation Scheme (SAS).

Sydney oversees IP House’s global public affairs and policy strategy, including communications, marketing, and strategic partnerships. Before joining IP House, Sydney served as Director of IP Enforcement for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Global Innovation Policy Center, working closely with industry, government, and international stakeholders to advance enforcement priorities and public-facing campaigns. She began her career on Capitol Hill where she served the U.S. Senate Committee on Appropriations.

He specializes in intelligence-led investigations and litigation-driven recovery actions that disrupt organized infringement and maximize recovered value.
