Steve Rogers
Director of Covert Operations
UK
As Director of Covert Operations, Steve is responsible for the effectiveness of IP House Test Purchasing, Covert Engagement, and Surveillance operations globally. He also manages the strategic direction of this important area of our work. Steve previously served within the UK Security Service as a covert surveillance and undercover operative. More recently, he operated a successful company, orchestrating covert operations to protect business from organised criminality.

James leads the IP House London team, overseeing strategic client engagements across brand protection, rights enforcement, investigations, and covert operations. With over 25 years of industry experience, James brings a deep understanding of complex investigative work and a proven track record in protecting intellectual property and brand integrity.

Max Kennett
Director - Africa
RSA
Max has overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of all operational activity for IP House in Africa. He supports assignments in brand enforcement as well as specialist auditing and fraud-related services. A former member of the UK’s Royal Military Police, he has 35 years of commercial experience including regional operations director (risk), managing consultant, and managing director of two group entities specialising in telecommunications fraud management.

Scott Yeager
Director of Intelligence and Investigations

As Director of IP House in the United States, Scott is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the US operation as well as contributing to the strategic direction of the company. Prior to IP House, Scott worked 25 years at IP Services, delivering client success in programs focused on IP infringement, ecommerce fraud, digital crimes, and legal process outsourcing.

Eddie Farrell
Associate Director of Operations

Eddie is a strategic leader overseeing US operations at IP House, with a focus on performance, compliance, and growth. Based in Pennsylvania, he manages investigative teams and partners with global leadership to scale initiatives. Previously, he spent 13 years at IP Services, starting as an e-commerce fraud analyst before advancing into leadership.
