She leverages relationships with law enforcement and government officials in key jurisdictions worldwide to proactively combat IP infringement. Prior to joining IP House, Kendra spent 14 years as a prosecutor in the Computer Crime & Intellectual Property Section (CCIPS) at the U.S. Department of Justice, most recently serving as the Deputy Chief for IP.

Neil manages a team of over 340 analysts, investigators, and forensic experts across Asia Pacific who provide comprehensive solutions tailored to our clients’ specific challenges, from manual, semi-automated and automated brand and content monitoring to disruption, investigation, and enforcement. He has over 20 years’ experience in the IP industry throughout the APAC region, and first moved to Asia as a Royal Hong Kong Police officer.

As Director of Covert Operations, Steve is responsible for the effectiveness of IP House Test Purchasing, Covert Engagement, and Surveillance operations globally. He also manages the strategic direction of this important area of our work. Steve previously served within the UK Security Service as a covert surveillance and undercover operative. More recently, he operated a successful company, orchestrating covert operations to protect business from organised criminality.
