Andrew Masterson

VP & Head of Europe

Prior to joining IP House, Andrew accumulated 17 years of experience in UK law enforcement, his last position was Detective Inspector within the City of London Police's Intellectual Property Crime Unit (PIPCU). He successfully managed enforcement initiatives and cross-border collaborations. Andrew leads partnerships with EU law enforcement to enhance offline enforcement and he facilitates problem identification, solution development, and implementation.

Neil manages a team of over 340 analysts, investigators, and forensic experts across Asia Pacific who provide comprehensive solutions tailored to our clients’ specific challenges, from manual, semi-automated and automated brand and content monitoring to disruption, investigation, and enforcement. He has over 20 years’ experience in the IP industry throughout the APAC region, and first moved to Asia as a Royal Hong Kong Police officer.
