As Director of Covert Operations, Steve is responsible for the effectiveness of IP House Test Purchasing, Covert Engagement, and Surveillance operations globally. He also manages the strategic direction of this important area of our work. Steve previously served within the UK Security Service as a covert surveillance and undercover operative. More recently, he operated a successful company, orchestrating covert operations to protect business from organised criminality.

Ishita brings close to 25 years of expertise in relationship management. At IP House India and UAE, she leads the establishment of business operations and oversees the delivery of content protection projects. Her strong relationship-building skills have been pivotal in forging key partnerships and aligning the organization with some of the most prestigious content and brand owner associations in the UAE.

Max Kennett

Max has overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of all operational activity for IP House in Africa. He supports assignments in brand enforcement as well as specialist auditing and fraud-related services. A former member of the UK’s Royal Military Police, he has 35 years of commercial experience including regional operations director (risk), managing consultant, and managing director of two group entities specialising in telecommunications fraud management.

Vernon is a director responsible for coordinating and delivering specialized audit services to a global, cross-industry client base. With over 30 years’ experience in fraud prevention, security, and auditing across 50+ countries, he began his career in the military, was a founding director of ChaseWaterford, and currently serves as a lead auditor for the GSMA Security Accreditation Scheme (SAS).

Based in Pennsylvania, he manages investigative teams and partners with global leadership to scale initiatives. Previously, he spent 13 years at IP Services, starting as an e-commerce fraud analyst before advancing into leadership.
