Steve was previously Executive Director for Homeland Security Investigations and led the US Intellectual Property Rights Coordination Center.

Jan van Voorn

Jan has been the CEO of IP House since 2024, leading its rapid expansion. Previously, Jan was the Executive Vice President and Chief of Global Content Protection for the Motion Picture Association (MPA) and headed the Alliance for Creativity and Entertainment (ACE), coordinating global enforcement efforts against digital piracy. Before joining the MPA, Jan had a distinguished career in law enforcement, leading teams specialized in investigating and prosecuting organized and computer crimes.

Kendra Ervin

Kendra formulates high-impact IP litigation and enforcement strategies for global investigations. She leverages relationships with law enforcement and government officials in key jurisdictions worldwide to proactively combat IP infringement. Prior to joining IP House, Kendra spent 14 years as a prosecutor in the Computer Crime & Intellectual Property Section (CCIPS) at the U.S. Department of Justice, most recently serving as the Deputy Chief for IP.

As Vice President of Product at IP House in the United States, Malia drives the product vision, strategy, and innovation to address evolving challenges in brand protection. With over 20 years’ experience, she has deepened her expertise through leadership roles at brand protection service companies, a law firm, and a global brand, delivering solutions that safeguard brand assets through integrated brand protection strategies.

Joseph has over ten years' experience of developing and executing impactful enforcement strategies across brand and content protection. His expertise in managing complex online IP investigations, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to combat IP crimes, and fostering collaboration with intermediaries, industry bodies, e-commerce platforms, and rights holders makes him an invaluable addition to our team.

Neil Gane

VP & Head of Asia Pacific Region

Philippines

Neil manages a team of over 340 analysts, investigators, and forensic experts across Asia Pacific who provide comprehensive solutions tailored to our clients’ specific challenges, from manual, semi-automated and automated brand and content monitoring to disruption, investigation, and enforcement. He has over 20 years’ experience in the IP industry throughout the APAC region, and first moved to Asia as a Royal Hong Kong Police officer.
